As a cinematographer, Henning Brümmer is best known for the international documentary production THE WHITE DIAMOND directed by Werner Herzog ("Filled with breathtaking images" - New York Times).
After studying cinematography with Michael Ballhaus (ASC), Henning Brümmer has collected a broad experience in cross genre feature films and documentaries . 2010 the feature NEMESIS was premiered, the last screen appearance of academy award winning Ulrich Mühe (LIFE OF OTHERS).
Henning has an international experience as DoP and light designer for international classical concerts, rock/pop, jazz, opera, theater and balletrecordings including Rolando Villazón&Anna Netrebko, Gustavo Dudamel, Berliner Philharmoniker, Herbie Hancock or THE KILLERS.
His documentary camera work NOT THE DROP IN THE BUCKET has been nominated for the German Camera Award 2011.
